Advance India offers premium-quality Polyacrylamide Powder (PAM), a high molecular weight, water-soluble synthetic polymer widely used across water treatment, mineral processing, paper manufacturing, agriculture, oil & gas, and construction industries. Our Polyacrylamide Powder is manufactured under strict quality control to deliver consistent performance, high purity, and reliable results across diverse applications.
Polyacrylamide Powder works through adsorption and bridging mechanisms — it adsorbs onto suspended particle surfaces and bridges multiple particles together to form large, stable flocs that settle rapidly or can be easily filtered. Depending on the ionic modification, PAM is available in Anionic, Cationic, and Nonionic grades, each tailored for specific process requirements and water chemistry conditions.
Our Polyacrylamide Powder is supplied in dry granular form with high solid content (≥ 90%), making it cost-effective for transportation, storage, and dosing compared to liquid emulsion polymers.
Negatively charged polymer for raw water clarification, industrial ETP, mineral processing, coal washing, sugar juice clarification, and textile effluent treatment. Works synergistically with cationic coagulants such as PAC, Alum, and Ferric Sulphate. Available in medium and high charge density grades.
Positively charged polymer specifically designed for sludge conditioning, thickening, and mechanical dewatering. Ideal for belt filter presses, centrifuges, screw presses, and gravity belt thickeners in municipal STP and industrial ETP plants. Directly interacts with negatively charged sludge without requiring pre-coagulation.
Neutral polymer for acidic, high-electrolyte, and high-salt environments where ionic grades underperform. Widely used in mineral processing (acidic ore slurries), coal washing, acidic wastewater treatment, paper manufacturing with acidic furnish, and soil erosion control applications.

Prepare a 0.1% to 0.5% solution in clean, neutral water using a polymer make-down unit or a dissolving tank with a slow-speed agitator. Avoid high-shear mixing as it may degrade polymer chains.
Add the powder slowly to the vortex of stirring water to prevent lump formation. Allow 30–90 minutes for complete dissolution depending on the grade and water temperature.
Inject the prepared solution at the point of maximum turbulence in the process stream or directly to the sludge feed line. Ensure adequate contact time between the polymer and the feed material.
Conduct jar testing or belt press trials to determine the optimum dosage for your specific application. Advance India's technical team provides on-site dosing support and optimization assistance.
